How to keep students engaged during student/group presentations

Try to keep all students actively involved. For example,
1 - while a student/group does a presentation, involve the other students in evaluating it.
2 - ask presenter to prepare questions for other students related to presentation, offer rewards for correct answers.
3 - Interrupt presentations and ask listeners to describe what they heard so far.
