Instead, I would focus on how well I work with others. When teachers collaborate it opens a new door to the classroom. When working with other teachers it allows us to share our creativity, ideas, and the best ways to meet the needs of all of our students.Two heads are better than one!

I love and support team teaching. This can be tricky to find a good team mate to teach with to ensure students are getting their full support that they would in a singular taught class but more. Students who receive that experience to have two teachers work together to show their varied teaching strategies and ideas will only benefit the class. Most students will connect possibly with one teacher over the other depending on their personally or needs but this is a better case then students not connecting with nay teacher bc they only have one for the whole year.
