My answer to this question would be that there always going to be some people that are easier to get along with than others, however, all types of people are deserving of respect and kindness. Colleagues that I would find it difficult to work with are colleagues that are narrow-minded and aren't willing to collaborate. I would explain by stating that this type of behavior comes across as selfish and does not indicate that this type of colleague has the best interests of the students in mind. In education, being able to collaborate with any type of person is very important and that is why it would be easier to work with a colleague that has the common goal of the students best interests and is willing to collaborate and have mature conversations with other teachers to ensure that the needs of the students are being met.
