Sometimes, these students will benefit from independent activities. You could explain to the group that they could release this student from the group. Then, you give this student independent work that consists of everything they would have split in the group. Hopefully, the lesson will sink in, work in a group means less work.

You could try giving her a specific role within her group. This may help her to focus more if she has a specific job to focus on.

Group work is incredibly important for students as it helps them to develop socially and cognitively. However, like you said, some students just can't do it. I would be sure to assign specific parts of group work to each student in each group. For example, have one student be the leader, the recorder, the reporter, and the designer. Each of these students has a vital role in the group and can each be graded individually and as a whole group.

You could give each group member their own role based off of their personality, this gives each person motivation to pull their own weight of the group. When students feel a sense of ownership in their own learning process it helps them become more responsible and engaged. Put her with other leaders in the classroom who are less likely to be brought down by her attitude or behavior.

I would tell the student each time they were in a group the correct task you are looking from them. Since this continues to not work I would give them independent work until they realize they are not staying on task when they are in a group. I would later try and give them a second chance to prove themselves.

I would try working with the student one on one and try to understand what exactly it is that hinders her from completing the assignment. I would also ask the class to work independently and try to see what she does in that scenario as well. It will likely take some time to find a solution, but I don't think you should give up until you have tried as many solutions as possible. There is always a better fit for a student who is struggling, we just have to take the time to help them find it!

Have them be the teachers partner since they cant work with anyone else.

Maybe she has a disability where she can't focus or maybe she just doesn't like to do group things. I would contact the parents to see if she acts like this at home.

Use positive reinforcement. Work with this student or tell them they will have to work on their own until they can focus and get work done.

Some students may be too immature to work with others. Explain to her that she has to work alone until she is able to behave in a group.
