How to get student's attention during a cooperative learning exercise

You can call out:
"1, 2, 3, Eyes on Me!"
Students repeat, "1, 2, eyes on you!"
If you are on the gathering area and listening to students' responses and need their attention, stand up and say "1, 2, 3, turn back to me."
