I have tried using google translate to try to communicate with my ELL students, and sometimes it does not translate correctly. I wanted to ask if there were any communication platforms that are 100% accurate, and preferably free.

There is not any 100 percent reliable translating platform. I would contact the principal and tell them that you need an translator for an ELL student. The student should get ESOL services soon.

I would talk to the ESOL teacher to see how he or she can help me. Also talking with the principal to provide resources that can be helpful to understands parents better.

I don't believe there are any available, so what I would do instead would be to contact the ELL teacher for help in this regard or contacting the ESOL office for help in translation, and maybe even talking to the students parents for help with communication.

Maybe you could request a bilingual paraprofessional who speaks the same native languages as your ELL students to provide language support to those students. Also, when giving instruction, you could use visuals and preteach the academic vocabulary to help the ELL students understand the content better.

There is not a communication platform that is totally accurate because ESOL includes many other specifics of EEL and learning classic English such as slang, pitch, etc.
