Interview Warning Signs

As a first-time teacher, I know there will be questions I do not think to ask during an interview for a new teaching job. What are some of the critical questions I should ask a potential employer, and what are some of the obvious warning signs I should be aware of when listening to the interviewer speak?

Solution #1
Warning signs would include wanting to start immediately upon meeting and large teacher turnover. A critical question to ask to an employer is their policies.
Solution #2
The most critical questions are firstly ones that you feel are important. I do not think that finding warning signs during an interview should be a priority. This might make you over think, get paranoid, anxious, etc. I believe that if something is that important that your gut will tell you somethings off.
