Maintaining Eye Contact

I am someone who tends to get nervous in an interview setting and always lose eye contact. I don't want to seem unprofessional, but I have always struggled with maintaining eye contact. What are some suggestions to get rid of the nerves and maintain better eye contact.

Solution #1
Before your interview, practice practice practice. Do mock interviews with family and friends. That way, you are prepared and well-versed in what you want to say. I suggest interviewing for positions that you may not have your heart set on just to get experience with the kinds of questions that will be asked of you and so you can be better-prepared for your dream job interview. This will reduce nerves when you know what will be asked and how you want to respond. And don't forget, you're interviewing them as well! Try not to get so nervous, think about it as a conversation more than an interview.
Solution #2
There is a percentage that is used for Teacher Student eye contact and I believe that is 90% I would keep that same percentage during an interview. If you feel uncomfortable then you can maybe drop that percentage to no lower than 75%.
