If a teacher is wanting to show a video in the classroom, what should they take into consideration when choosing a video? I know that teachers should not be choosing violent and inappropriate videos to show their class, but what other things should a teacher look for when choosing a video?

Teachers should look for videos that enhance existing lessons, or give students a quick introduction to a new topic. If a video can be found that addresses specific state standards or learning objectives, even better. Always watch the video all the way through before showing your class, be wary of jumpscares....

I recommend sticking with the classics when showing videos. Magic school bus, bill nye, those ones are always great but of course depends on the subject.

showing a video to students is an awesome way for them to learn. Make sure the video is engaging as well as informational so they can benefit.

Showing the students videos that are appropriate is top priority. I would stick to the classic video we were shown as children
