Groups

I am a student teacher to has lessons to present and sometimes when i do my lessons i have to have partner work. My teacher has the students paired up in groups by level and they all hate their groups and they don’t change often. I can’t change them. What should i do?

talk to teacher and see why she cant change the groups or ask children individually what they dislike about their group and then adrees those issues.

While you may disapprove of the choice, try to discuss with the teacher her thought process behind making the groups the way they are. Getting opinions from the students on their opinion would also be helpful in addressing these issues.
